Members can only rate on 10 videos per 24 hours, once you have reached this limit you will get a notification stating that you have reached your maximum ratings for the day.

1: Free Members earn 1 point per rating = 10 points per day
2: Vip members earn 2 points per rating = 20 points per day
3:Gold members earn 4 points per rating = 40 points per day
4 Diamond members earn 10 points per rating = 100 points per day

You also cannot vote on your own videos.
